FAMILIES REQUESTING TOYS:

Family applications are opened between November 29th and December 8th, or after reaching our quota early. Approvals will be emailed or texted by December 16th. Families needing assistance when the pandemic ends and we reconvene services, can contact us "after" Thanksgiving 2023. We will also send out emails to our ongoing participating families.

Priority is given to families that participate and are a part of our ongoing programs and services.
​
Family members of B & A volunteers cannot be recipients of our toys due to conflict of interest rules. However, let us know and we will refer you to other participating organizations. It shouldn’t matter where the toys come from as long as the kids get them.
​
Families who have received toys from us for the past two straight years do not qualify. They can qualify again next year. The rule was created to give other new families an opportunity for assistance.

“WE SUPPLY THE BOXES” TO BEGIN TOY COLLECTIONS
From November 15th to December 16th
B & A Entertainment Services
in collaboration with local organizations,
will be adopting over forty or more families this holiday season.
We will be showering them with toys, food, and household items at
a big holiday party where we will distribute all items and feed
the families. We have serviced over 250 families over the past 5 years.
DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
DEADLINE FOR COLLECTIONS: DECEMBER 12TH.
