GRANT-WRITING & NONPROFIT WORKSHOPS AVAILABLE

NEXT WORKSHOPS TO BEGIN in 2022 (VIRTUAL CLASSES AVAILABLE)

FACEBOOK: @baentertainmentservices

Workshops were suspended for the 2020-2021 year due to the covid pandemic. We plan to resume them when deemed safe, hopefully mid-year 2022. Continue to check our website or Facebook page. The time and location will remain 9:30 to 3pm at the Pearson Center's Art Room, 1625 W. Carey Ave, North Las Vegas, NV 89032. Also, we currently provide virtual classes on Zoom by arrangement. For more information, go to the grant-writing icon on the above menu.

There are various sessions on both topics of grant-writing and Nonprofits. Each session stands alone. In other words, you don't need to take them in order as the curriculum is based on individual modules.

Our Facilitator and Trainer, Cheryl Ballard has trained over 100 administrators during the past two years, many of whom have reported completing and successfully receiving grants and sponsorships as well as starting nonprofits.

The main goal of the workshops is to provide detailed guidance and instruction to participants with a step-by-step process in creating and writing a proposal and/or grant application. By the end of all the completed sessions, participants will have all the tools required to write a complete grant proposal. By the end of all the training sessions, the participants will increase their understanding and knowledge of the basic components of a grant and understanding the grant-writing process.

We are hoping that you will welcome us again into your church home or faith-based community to bring our life-saving message to your organization. Pink Ribbon Sunday is a program of B & A Entertainment Services. Our goal to increase awareness, impart life-saving education, and celebrate life was amplified During October Breast Cancer Awareness Month and beyond by the reaching hundreds of women where they gather. Our volunteers successfully reached over five hundred residents in the minority community during our 2018 campaign.

Shooting for the Pink

“Shooting for the Pink” is one of our educational and fundraising events, named after its creator, where we raise funds for breast cancer outreach, awareness and education. Shooters purchase pink targets and have a “shoot-out” with breast cancer. A balloon release ceremony is held in honor and memory of friends, co-workers and loved ones.

Our 7th Annual event was originally scheduled for 2020 but was cancelled due to the covid pandemic. Hopefully, it will be rescheduled in 2022.
